1. Cancellation Policy

For Webinars & Live Training Programs:

📌 Once registered for a paid webinar or live training session, cancellations are not allowed.
📌 If you cannot attend, you may request access to the recorded session (if available).

For Pre-Recorded & Online Courses:

📌 Once access to the course is granted, cancellations are not permitted.
📌 We encourage users to review course details before making a purchase.


2. Refund Policy

💳 We do not offer refunds for digital courses, training programs, or webinar registrations once access is provided.

🔹 Refunds will only be considered in the following exceptional cases:
✅ Duplicate payment made due to a technical error (refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days).
✅ Payment deducted, but access to the course is not granted (must be reported within 48 hours).

❌ No refunds will be issued for:
🚫 Change of mind after course enrollment.
🚫 Not completing or failing to attend the training program.
🚫 Expecting specific financial or career outcomes from the training.


3. Course Transfer & Access Issues

📌 If you experience technical issues preventing course access, please contact our support team within 48 hours.
📌 Course enrollments are non-transferable and cannot be shared with others.
